Vegan Breakfast Toast Three Ways

March 27, 2021

One of my favorite things to do is host large gatherings. I love to cook for people so much! I am often catch myself invited people over with not a lot of time to prep, so these toasts have come in really handy! They can be an impressive vegan brunch spread if you add fresh fruit and juices. A thing to note, especially if you are going to make[...]

To be honest, I have never been a pumpkin latte kind of person, but I have been craving a little bit of what I have experienced back home, so I set out to give it a go and get tha[...]

our family new years was September 1. we made promises and plans to fill our souls. lots of scary (but awesome) ideas we chose for ourselves.

already I can see our boy becoming more brave.

it’s very exciting to craft a path. i wish I wasn’t in my 40’s before I decided to focus on joy and let the rest figure itself out!

Our lives haven’t felt like ours in quite some time.

From giving up my shops in Nashville to move to Florida to care for my dad and get Atlas the medical attention he needed to getting trapped abroad during the pandemic, things have felt like we are living a result of things out of our control.

For the first time in nearly 10 years we are making a decision based purely on joy, hope, love and desire.

We said good bye to our sweet safe haven this month and are heading into the new.

Wish us luck!
